The HR (R)Evolution

This book looks at HR through the lens of value systems and how they correlate with the dominant ‘world view’ available at that time in history, explains clearly each stage in history and the important new waves that we are entering now and in the future. Many observers have suggested that capitalism is fast destroying our planet, concentrating power in a few big companies. Excessive short-termism, leveraged debt, digitisation, and disruption are the new normal. We stand at a critical juncture where the two paths ahead could lead to very different futures.
