Waar gaat het over?

A major part of our behaviour at work is determined by our drives. These drives can be classifi ed into categories; each category is represented by a colour. Orange is
oriented to results and stands for pragmatism, while Yellow equals analysis and insights. Management Drives Field Book will show you how managers, coaches and
team leaders can build an effi cient team on the basis of drives, resulting in an optimal work situation in which every team member can function in harmony with his
or her drives. Management Drives is an internationally operating company, as well as a proven method capable of measuring drives which play a decisive role in the
performance of organisations, groups and individuals. Mapping drives will enable you to effectively improve both your management achievements and the overall results
of your company.
‘I used Management Drives in various situations, both in Europe and at Emerging Markets, aiming at creating effi cient top teams. Management Drives turned out to
provide a major contribution to creating a shared language for our different cultures, styles and methods of working. This in turn resulted in a much more effective cooperation,
faster resolution of confl icts and ultimately a better implementation at the companies which I directed.’
– Anders Moberg, former ceo at Ahold, ikea and maf Group Dubai.
Cor Keijser (1967, MSc. Ir.) studied at Rijswijk Technical University (Business Administration)
and the Free University of Amsterdam (Culture, Organisation and Management). Within Management Drives he is responsible for the content, development
and practical implementation of drives.
Stephan van der Vat (1963, LL.M.) studied at Leiden University (Corporate Law) and currently holds the position of ceo at Management Drives. On a daily basis he practices
the methodology in the guidance of managers and teams, thereby constantly initiating new developments concerning drives.
