In this Volvo Ocean Race version of our book we added real life case stories and images from the Race and from Schouten Global's coach Anje-Marijcke van Boxtel, who coaches Team Brunel. She shares her experience in coaching the team to high performance. Also Bouwe Bekking, Team Brunel's skipper, shares his experience and vision in getting the best out of his team. Furthermore, Volvo Ocean Race leaders Knut Frostad and Tom Touber make contributions based on their vast experience with the race in sailing and managing crews and teams. All these stories were added to enrich the content, to make the connection between theory and practice and between the Race and day to day business.
